Chicken Breasts In Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 whole chicken breasts, skin removed and halved
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. low-fat yogurt
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine mushrooms and onions in quart casserole.
Cover; microwave on High 3 to 4 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Drain well.
Place butter in 4 cup measure and microwave 30 seconds.
Blend in flour.
Add sherry, water, yogurt, salt and pepper.
Stir in mushrooms and pour over chicken breasts. Microwave 14 to 20 minutes.
Serves 4.
