Zucchini Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. shredded zucchini
    2 c. water
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    6 c. sugar
    2 small boxes apricot jello
Preparation
    Bring to a boil the zucchini and water.
    Boil 6 minutes. Add pineapple, lemon juice and sugar.
    Boil for 10 minutes.
    Add apricot jello.
    Put in jars.
