Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium squash
    4 strips bacon, fried
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 c. crushed crackers
    2 eggs, beaten well
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    dash of salt and pepper
    paprika
    1/2 medium onion
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender; drain, then chop.
    Fry bacon.
    Add bacon (crumbled), green pepper and onion to squash along with 1 cup of crackers, eggs, salt, pepper and butter.
    Mix well and put into baking dish (greased).
    Top with remaining cracker crumbs and dot with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
