Luscious Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, divided
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter, softened
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. baking powder
powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine 2 cups flour and 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
Cut butter into flour mixture until crumbly.
Firmly press into lightly greased 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Whisk eggs in large bowl; whisk in 2 cups sugar and lemon juice. Combine remaining 1/4 cup flour and baking powder; whisk into egg mixture. Pour batter over crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Let cool completely on wire rack; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
