Foolproof Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
2 c. water
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
squirt of lemon juice
Preparation

Rinse rice thoroughly until water is clear.
Then put rice in 2 cups of cold water on stove.
Add butter, salt and lemon juice. Put lid on pot and cook on low heat for 20 minutes (no peeking). Turn off fire and leave lid on pot until ready to serve. Beautiful, flaky rice; no sticking together.
