Wonderfully Simple Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. boneless end of round roast, frozen
    1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup mix
Preparation
    Put the frozen roast into a large Dutch oven. Pour the dry onion soup mix over the frozen roast and in the bottom of the pan. Add 1/2 cup water, cover top of pan with foil, then put lid onto pan and bake at 275\u00b0 for 4 hours or until done. A good roast gravy can be made from the beef broth.
