Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. water
    beef roast or stew beef
Preparation
    Cook onions and margarine for 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients (mix together these ingredients before adding to onions and margarine).
    Simmer for 10 minutes.
    Double recipe if using large roast or large amount stew beef.
    Cook stew beef or roast in crock-pot.
    Remove and cut into bite size pieces.
    Put meat into barbecue sauce.
