Zucchini Marmalade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 lb. zucchini squash, seeded and ground
    7 lb. sugar
    3 oranges, ground (rind and all)
    3 lemons, ground (rind and all)
Preparation
    Mix together the zucchini and sugar and let stand overnight. Next morning, add the ground fruit to the squash mixture.
    Cook in oven, stirring often until transparent.
    Put in jars and seal.
