Roasted Bologna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. kosher bologna, unsliced
1 c. barbecue sauce (bottled or homemade)
Preparation

Slice bologna in half lengthwise so that it won't wobble in the pan.
Place bologna, cut side down, in a roasting pan. Brush with barbecue sauce.
Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven about 30 minutes or until heated through.
