Low-Cholesterol Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Fleischmann's margarine
2 c. sugar
4 egg whites
4 Tbsp. sour milk (1/2 tsp. vinegar in 1/4 c. milk)
3 c. oatmeal with oat bran
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar, then add egg whites.
Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl.
Add 1 cup dry ingredients at a time to creamed mixture, alternating with sour milk.
Batter will very stiff.
Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until light brown.
Do not overbake.
