Hoppin John - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans jalapeno black-eyed peas, heated
1 lb. sausage
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. rice, cooked
Preparation

Saute sausage and onions until onions are soft and sausage brown.
Combine black-eyed peas, sausage mixture and rice, then heat.
Serves 8.
