Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. soft butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    2 c. presifted flour
    1/2 box raisins
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 level tsp. soda
    1/4 level tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda; set aside. Mix butter and sugar. Add eggs, raisins and sour cream; stir. Stir in dry ingredients. Batter will be stiff.
    Bake in greased loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until top is golden brown. Wrap and slice bread the next day. Also freezes well.
