Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. macaroni
    3/4 lb. Italian sausage (hot or sweet)
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/4 tsp. basil leaves
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 large clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Cook macaroni, be careful not to overcook.
    Crumble sausage into large skillet; cook about 10 minutes.
    Pour off some of the fat.
    Stir in onion, pepper, garlic; saute for 5 minutes or until onion is soft.
    Stir in remaining ingredients 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese; mix well.
    Spoon mixture into a 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Good served with salad and crusty bread.
