Cheese Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, chunked or grated
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. light cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook carrots with salt and sugar until tender.
    Drain.
    Add cream, butter and layer with cheese.
    Pour in baking dish and bake at 300\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.
