Stir-Fry Ala Jeane - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. peanut oil
2 to 3 cloves garlic, pressed
1 lb. chicken, beef, pork or shrimp (your choice)
1 c. broccoli flowerets
1 c. cauliflower, cut
1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 c. red and green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 c. sliced white onion
1/2 c. pea pods
1 small can sliced water chestnuts
1 1/2 c. fresh bean sprouts
1 c. sliced carrots
1 Tbsp. fresh grated ginger
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 c. sliced celery
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Put oil in wok and heat to high.
Add garlic and your choice of meat.
Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes, then drain on paper towel.
In remaining juice, stir-fry veggies by density until crisp.
You don't want soggy veggies.
Mix soy sauce with cornstarch and grated ginger.
Add meat to veggies.
Make hole in center of mixture.
Add sauce and let set a minute on high, then stir all together.
Serve with steamed rice.
