Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sliced, cooked potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
    2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Sprinkle potatoes with sugar and vinegar.
    Add onion, seasoning and mayonnaise; toss to mix.
    Carefully fold eggs in. Chill; garnish with parsley and cherry tomatoes or tomato wedges and deviled egg.
    Yields 4 servings.
