Hot Apple Cider - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 gal. apple juice
    2 (3-inch) sticks cinnamon
    1 orange, sliced
    1 lemon, sliced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
    Strain, discarding fruit and cinnamon sticks. Serve hot.
    Yield:
    1 gallon.
