Orange Cream Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
1 c. boiling liquid
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. evaporated milk
2 tsp. grated orange rind
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, well drained (discard syrup)
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling liquid (the reserved pineapple juice and water).
Set aside.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add evaporated milk and beat well.
Slowly stir milk mixture into gelatin.
Stir in rind and orange juice.
Add pineapple and mandarin oranges.
Pour into 6 cup mold which has been lightly brushed with oil.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
