Ingredients

3/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. cold water
1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
4 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
6 medium tomatoes, cut into quarters
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 onion, sliced into rings
Preparation

In saucepan, combine vinegar, water and seasonings.
Bring to a boil and boil for one minute.
Place vegetables in a salad bowl. Pour dressing (hot) over vegetables and refrigerate several hours, stirring occasionally.
Serves 8, 30 calories each.
