Ruth Stovall'S Olive Surprises - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    1/2 c. flour (plain or self-rising)
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    dash of garlic salt
    smallest size stuffed green olives
Preparation
    Have butter and cheese at room temperature.
    Blend these together with fingertips.
    Add flour, gradually blending well.
    Add garlic salt and Tabasco and mix well.
    Break off small bits and flatten in palm of hand.
    Use only enough dough to wrap completely around olives.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Do not overcook.
