Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. yellow squash (6 medium size)
3 carrots, grated
1 onion, chopped
2 oz. pimiento
1 stick butter
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation

Cook squash and drain.
Melt butter and mix with stuffing, divided in half.
Mix soup and sour cream.
Stir in half of stuffing mix and other ingredients.
Place in buttered baking dish.
Spread other half of stuffing mix on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
