Oat-Nut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oats
    3/4 c. corn syrup
    1/2 c. sweetened, flaked coconut
    1 stick oleo, melted
    2 large eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Stir all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended.
    Pour into thawed pie shell and bake 50 to 60 minutes, until top and crust are golden and a pick in center comes out clean but oily.
    (May be jiggly in center.)
    Cool on wire rack.
    Serves 6 to 8.
