Molded Avocado And Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed avocados
    1 c. (No. 1 can) crushed pineapple
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Mash cream cheese and avocados; mix.
    Add mayonnaise. Dissolve Jell-O with 2 cups hot water.
    Add 1 cup additional water and pineapple with juice.
    Combine gelatin mixture with cheese and avocado mixture.
    Mold in individual molds and serve on lettuce leaves.
