Citrus Gazpacho Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. Tabasco
1/4 c. green chilies, diced
1 tsp. salt
1 c. V-8 vegetable juice
1 lime, juiced and cut into quarters
Preparation

Make the same recipe again, omitting the oil.
Heat to a boil on the range.
Remove and cool.
Reserve this mixture for the basting of the chicken when it is on the grill.
