Basic Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    3/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In small bowl, at medium speed on mixer, beat together eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla for about 1 minute, until light.
    Add melted butter, beating until well blended.
    Mix in flour and cocoa at low speed.
    Stir in nuts.
    Spread evenly in greased 8-inch square dish.
    Microwave at High 6 to 7 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn every 2 minutes.
    When done, top looks dry and will spring back when touched.
    Cut when cold.
    Makes about 20 brownies.
