Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can jalapeno refried beans (16 oz.)
3 med/large ripe avocados
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2-3 1/2 oz. cans chopped ripe black olives, drained
1 bunch green onions (+tops) chopped
3 ripe tomatoes, chopped
8 to 10 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Layer 1-Refried beans
Layer 2-Ripe avocados, lemon juice & salt, mixed together
Layer 3-Taco mix, sour cream & mayonnaise, mixed together
Layer 4-black olives
Layer 5-chopped onions Layer 6-chopped tomatoes
Layer 7-grated cheese
