Potato Kugel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large potatoes
4 slightly beaten eggs
2 to 3 Tbsp. matzo meal
small onion, grated
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. melted fat or oil
Preparation

Grate potatoes.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Grease 8 x 10-inch baking dish with fat or oil.
Add mixture and bake at 500\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 400\u00b0.
Bake 45 minutes or until crust is brown and crispy.
