Chicken Noodle Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 c. oleo
1/2 bag noodles
Preparation

Put chicken in large pot and cover well with water.
Cook until tender.
Take chicken out of water and set aside to cool. Add to water, celery, carrots, onions and bouillon cube.
Cook until celery is tender.
Meanwhile, pick chicken off bones.
Add to mixture when it is cooked.
Put oleo and noodles in mixture; cook until the noodles are done.
Add more water if needed to make a 6-quart pot full.
Serve with salad and biscuit and enjoy the compliments.
