Butter Baked Chicken And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut-up chicken
    1/2 c. Pet milk
    self-rising flour
    1 stick margarine
    3/4 c. Pet milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Dip chicken into 1/2 cup Pet milk. Then roll in self-rising flour.
    Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch baking pan, then put chicken in, turn and bake with skin side down for 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken.
    Pour over it a mixture of 3/4 cup Pet milk, cream of chicken soup and water.
    Bake 30 minutes more.
