Easy Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 oz. chocolate semi-sweet morsels
    1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in double boiler.
    Add remaining ingredients and place in a pan.
    Refrigerate.
