Pot Roast And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. beef roast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can beer
Preparation
    Mix beef and soup together.
    Place roast in pan with cover that fits secure and snug.
    Pour soup and beef mixture over roast and cover.
    Bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Don't open cover until done. The gravy is self made.
    For larger roast, double all ingredients.
