Picante Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. peeled and cored tomatoes
    1 tsp sugar
    1 med chopped gr. pepper
    1-2 minced garlic cloves
    2 med chopped onions
    1 tsp salt
    4 chopped jalpeno peppers
    1/2 c. vinegar
    dash crushed oragano, dry cayenne red pepper
    dash cumin
Preparation
    Place in 2 qt saucepan cook for 25 min. Put in jars and process in hot water bath 15 min.
