Baked Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. butter
2/3 c. flour
7 c. milk
4 large potatoes, baked, peeled and cubed
4 green onions, chopped
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/3 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
-
Heat milk to just under boiling point. Add all ingredients, except the green onions and bacon. Use onions and bacon as garnish and serve hot with crackers or rolls.
