Cheesy Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium-size zucchini squash
onion flakes
oregano
salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 large (12 oz.) pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cut zucchini in fine slices and arrange in layers on cake pan or baking dish sprayed with nonstick coating:
first, a layer of zucchini, sprinkle of salt, oregano and onion flakes to taste; then a layer of Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat until only lacking last layer of Mozzarella cheese.
Pour beaten eggs over layers, then last layer of Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in oven at approximately 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes, or until cheese browns slightly.
