Rhubarb Or Apple Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb or apples
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
dash of salt
Preparation
-
Combine fruit, sugar and flour.
Put into a greased 8 X 8 pan.
Combine brown sugar, oatmeal, flour, butter and salt. Sprinkle over fruit and work in.
Bake at 370 degrees for 40 minutes.
