Green Rice(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped green onions
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2 c. beef or chicken bouillon
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. long grain white rice
Preparation
    In 2-quart casserole combine green onions, butter, bell pepper and parsley.
    Microwave on High for 4 minutes.
    Stir in bouillon and pepper.
    Cover with lid or plastic wrap.
    Microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes or until mixture is boiling.
    Stir in rice. Cover tightly with plastic wrap.
    Microwave on High for 14 to 16 minutes or until rice is done.
    Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
    Cooking time:
    23 to 25 minutes.
