Mediterranean Hye Roller - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round Hye Roller soft cracker bread
    3 oz. cream cheese
    4 oz. hummus
    2 oz. fresh spinach leaves
    2 oz. calamata olives
    2 oz. sliced, marinated artichoke hearts, drained
    2 oz. roasted red bell peppers, thinly sliced
    2 oz. crumbled feta cheese
Preparation
    Cover entire round of bread with cream cheese.
    Spread hummus over 3/4 of the cream cheese, leaving about 4 inches at one end with cream cheese only.
    Cover hummus with fresh spinach leaves. Continue to layer ingredients and roll bread into jelly roll. Chill for one hour.
    Cut roll on bias and serve.
    This should be served the same day it is made.
