Honey Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, sliced
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    dash of cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Wash, trim and pare carrots.
    Slice 1/2-inch thick.
    In a casserole combine carrots and water.
    Cover.
    Microwave at Full power for 12 minutes or until tender, stirring once.
    Let stand, covered, 2 minutes.
    Drain and return to casserole.
    Stir in margarine and cinnamon.
    Drizzle with honey.
    Mix gently.
    Cover and microwave for 30 seconds and sprinkle with pecans.
    Serves 4.
