Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimientos, drained
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix sauerkraut, carrots, celery, green pepper, onion and pimientos.
    Combine sugar and oil in small bowl, mixing well into the vegetables. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
    Yields 10 to 12 servings.
