Eggless Raisin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raisins
2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening or oil
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook raisins in water.
Cook down to 1 cup water; let cool. Blend in sugar and shortening or oil.
When cool enough, add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla.
Bake until done; let cool and turn out of pan.
