Mrs. Johnson'S Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken or several breasts
white sauce made with canned milk
2 bay leaves
1 can mushroom pieces
Preparation

Fry chicken to a golden brown.
Put in casserole dish.
Make white sauce in separate pan.
Add bay leaves, salt and pepper to taste and mushrooms.
Stir until smooth.
Pour over chicken in casserole (use a deep dish).
If chicken isn't covered, pour over some milk and push meat up and down to mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, covered.
Serve with rice.
