Kielbasa Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qts water
    1-1/2 lbs beef kielbasa, cut in 1/4 inch slices
    3 stalks celery, cut in small pieces
    3 med onions, cut into 8 pieces each
    4 med potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
    3 carrots, cut into small pieces
    1/2 c barley
    1/2 c lentils
    1/2 c split peas
    28 oz can of whole or diced tomatoes
    15 oz can beef bouillon broth
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1-1/2 tsp oregano
    1-1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Add all ingredients except potatoes to the boiling water. When water boils again, reduce to medium heat and simmer for 1-1/2 hours. When carrots are tender, add potatoes. Cook until potatoes are tender.
