Turtle Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    14 oz. caramels
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    6 oz. milk chocolate chips
    2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Combine in bowl the butter, 1/3 cup evaporated milk and cake mix.
    Bake half in a 9 x 13-inch greased or sprayed pan for 6 minutes at 350\u00b0.
