Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. shrimp
    5 cloves garlic
    1 large onion
    1/2 bell pepper
    1 stalk celery
    3 green onions
    1 tsp. oil
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 tsp. sugar
    parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Chop onion, garlic, bell pepper and celery and saute.
    Add tomato paste, stewed tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Clean and devein shrimp.
    Bring sauce to a boil, now add shrimp.
    Cook until shrimp is cooked.
    Serve over bed of rice.
