Four Winds Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can Chun King water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
    1/2 tsp. curry powder (optional)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (about 7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    3 1/2 c. Chun King chow mein noodles
Preparation
    In large skillet heat oil.
    Add onion and water chestnuts and saute until onion is soft.
    Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup noodles.
