Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 very ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 Tbsp. buttermilk or sour cream
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 c. granulated sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Place bananas, eggs, butter, buttermilk or sour cream, lemon juice and sugar into blender.
Whirl until smooth.
In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Pour banana mixture over flour mixture.
Stir until flour is moistened.
Stir in nuts.
Turn into greased 9 x 4-inch bread pan or two 3 x 7-inch pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 65 minutes.
