Sheriff'S Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of onion soup
    1 large, chopped onion
    1 Hillshire Farm smoked beef sausage
Preparation
    Dilute each can of soup with a can of water.
    Add rice.
    Saute onion in 2 tablespoons of butter.
    Add to soup mixture.
    Slice sausages and add to mixture; bring to a boil.
    Cover and reduce heat.
    Simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
