Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. white sugar
3 c. chopped, peeled fresh apples
1 c. nuts (your choice)
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation

Combine sugar and oil; mix.
Add eggs, then dry ingredients. Fold in apples, nuts and vanilla.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle butterscotch chips on top. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake an additional 35 to 40 minutes.
