Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked cubed chicken
1 pkg. broken corn tortilla chips
1 can tomatoes with green chilies
1 stalk celery
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/3 c. chicken broth
1 clove minced garlic
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Lightly grease casserole dish and layer chicken, tortilla chips and 1 cup of the grated cheese; set aside. Combine soup, tomatoes, broth, celery, garlic and onion in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Pour over chicken mixture.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Remove from oven; sprinkle leftover cup of cheese over top.
Bake until cheese melts (5 to 8 minutes).
