Delmonico Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes, cooked
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. buttered crumbs
Preparation

Dice potatoes and put in buttered casserole dish. Melt margarine.
Add flour and stir in milk until smooth and bubbly. Pour over potatoes.
Add salt, pepper and grated cheese.
Top with buttered crumbs.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
